Executive Vice President of Bridge, HUD and Agency

Tim Eberhardt serves as Executive Vice President of the Bridge, HUD and Agency division for CFG Bank. In his role, Eberhardt oversees the company’s Bridge, HUD, and Agency loan platforms. His teams focus on several product areas including skilled nursing, seniors housing, accounts receivable, multifamily and drug and alcohol / behavioral facilities. Eberhardt joined CFG Bank in 2015 and has an impressive track record, being involved in the origination and closing of several billion in Bridge-to-HUD and HUD financings. He has also been integral in raising capital and developing credit partnerships and distribution strategies in order to augment the company’s lending capabilities.

Before joining CFG in 2015, Eberhardt was employed as an investment professional on the North American mezzanine debt team at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) where he focused on sponsored and direct investments in middle-market companies across a diverse spectrum of industries. Prior to ICG, he worked for Deutsche Bank as a metals & mining investment banking analyst executing M&A transactions and debt, equity and equity-linked issuances for metals & mining corporate clients.

Eberhardt received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he double-majored in Finance and Accounting.
