
CFG Finances $70.8 Million Bridge Loan for Acquisition of Five Ohio Skilled Nursing Facilities
CFG, a leader in the nationwide healthcare and multifamily financing industries, today announced the closing of a $70.8 million bridge loan on behalf of a nationally recognized borrower. The loan supports the acquisition of five skilled nursing facilities in Ohio, totaling 418 beds. CFG closed the transaction on June 30, 2026.
